I met Mike at a neighbor’s open house, and new that day I wanted him as my realtor. Mike is such a natural at making people feel at ease. He knows the market and knows how to price a house to sell rather than sit. For all the items on my checklist for the open house, Mike checked to see how I was doing. He was a wealth of knowledge with regards to service contractors. When I called or texted him questions, Mike’s response typically arrived within a few hours if he couldn’t answer right away. Once the house was under agreement, Mike continued to be there for me for any questions I had. It’s no wonder that Mike was Rookie of the Year at Lamacchia Realty last year. He obviously takes his career very seriously. I highly recommend Mike.
