The phrase “go-getter” must have been created to describe Mike Harris. As a first-time home buyer, I heard many horror stories from friends working with apathetic real estate agents. Mike could not be further from this commonality as this guy is an absolute dynamo. He walked me through the entire home buying process in terms that I could understand and was incredibly empathetic to my nerves. Rather than send me a list of phone numbers to contact, he actually initiated the conversation and proactively led the collaboration between all parties. From his exceptional interpersonal skills to his unwavering responsiveness to my late-night phone calls, Mike is someone that should never be excluded from a home buying team.
